The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by President John Kucharski the formal opening ceremony.

The minutes of the meeting of December 14, 1964 were read and accepted.

The Service Committee Report was given by Steve Pretanik.  He mentioned that Mass Review needs help for stuffing envelopes from 9 a.m. when he gave the week.

The Membership Report was given by Ed Skea.  And requests the names of all brothers who will be changing their address next semester.  Would anyone like to be the pledge master next semester?

The Administration Report was given by Roger Crouse.  Roger said that the caroling event December 16 was successful in that now he is working on the corsage sale and dance scheduled for March 26, 1965 with Harry Gibley as committee chairman.

Mr. Tuttle installed Steve Pretanik as First Vice President

Marty Rosenberg gave a very complete report on the trip to the national convention.  Glenn More gave a report on the installation of WPI as Omicron Iota chapter of Alpha Phi Omega.

Membership Committee meeting on Tuesday, January 5 at 6:30 p.m. in the Chapter Room.  The BX Committee meeting on Tuesday, January 7 at 7 p.m. in the Hampshire Room in the Student Union.

The Finance Committee report was read by Roger Crouse who mentioned that he needs help in deciding on some projects.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
